The breakfast was satisfactory with lots of food! Appreciated the location, it was marvellous and perfectly comfortable near to park, the Townsville Sports Reserve and the outdoor areas...

This place has a fantastic location that's really convenient, and the staff members are super friendly, making it easy to explore several nearby attractions just a short walk away.

Exceptional service, I appreciated all about the hotel.

All in all - had a quiet 1 night stay. The room was spotless and carpeted and it faced mountain. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a private bathroom. Location: the hotel was near the town center and the strand, Townsville, and shopping centres.

Great View

Stayed 7 nights, bedding and Towels changed after the first night, then none for the rest of the visit.

This place had a modern room with a nice view of Castle Hill and provided all the essentials I needed, including a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge, plus it was centrally located close to everything.

Clean spacious room bathroom also great condition. Location good

Appreciated Townsville, the hotel was excellent close to city center. The standard queen room we stayed in were updated. The location was favourable, just 5 min walk from The Drill Hall Studio.

Nothing not to love.

The location here is fantastic, being close to the summit, Castle Hill, the Strand, and nearby parks, with plenty of delicious breakfast options available.

The view was magnificent, breakfast was good, and the beds were extremely comfy. I appreciated the kitchenette in my reasonably large room. the location close to the town centre was great.

Look, I'll be honest; we rocked in at 10pm, after making a last minute booking online and checked out the next morning before we saw any staff. But!! In the short time after making a booking, I got an email from Tony, checking in to tell us where we could grab our keys when we arrived (reception was closed) and to inform me that I'd given him a dud phone number. It just gave me a nice vibe. Plus, the place was clean and comfortable.

I wasn't there long enough to dislike anything.

The setting was magnificent, conveniently located next to the beach, shops, and restaurants. I was delighted to find a pet-friendly, newly decorated room featuring comfy beds and a toaster.
